Bossard began her commercial seafood career in 1999, after she started working aboard the ship F/V Sunset. The 65' schooner that was converted into the role of a salmon tender is owned by Murat Aritan. The fisherman has been in commercial fisherman since 1993. Bossard has been the wife of Aritan and has joined their teams to take over their respective industries. They're both supporters of conservatism and sustainable renewable resource management. Otolith has opened its market direct wholesale distributorship in Philadelphia in the year Bossard returned from living back home with her two daughters, Bella 3 years old and Andre one, and Andre 1, to Philadelphia. The couple is separated by 5 months plus more to allow her to concentrate on her financial goals and the environment.
